Ganesh Chaturthi with eCoexist 2009
|
For 2009 eCoexist will be getting beautiful hand sculpted Ganesh idols from Pen, Maharashtra, Sirsi, Karnataka and from Satara, Maharashtra. These idols are completely natural , and are made without using any chemical substances or paints. They are handmade by traditional artisans according to scriptural injunction, and are available in 18 different designs. Our range of Ganesh idols, give you the opportunity to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi in a completely ecosensitive and non polluting manner. These can be immersed in a bucket of water at home as they dissolve easily and the water can be poured into plants or in a garden. NEW! This year all our idols will be blessed by a special chant carried out in Vedic tradition by Shri Vivek Shastri Godbole, the head of a Vedshala in Satara and a staunch lover of Nature! Listen to an interview with him here...( in Marathi) |
